The open living space is built around a light living room with large windows facing the garden. There is a spacious leather corner sofa and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.
On the first floor are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed. The second is set up for children: bunk bed, extra single bed, travel cot on request. The bathroom has a bath, shower and heated towel rail.
Outside: a large private terrace, a pond, a fully enclosed garden. Free parking for two cars on site.
The chalet is accessed via an unpaved forest track — drive carefully in wet weather.

Chalet Anna-Helena sits in the heart of the Drongengoed forest in Ursel, in the Meetjesland. With 750 hectares it is the largest continuous forest in East Flanders: tree-lined lanes, purple heath, boardwalks and still waterways. More than 236 kilometres of marked walking paths start at the front door. For children there is the Kabouter Wandelpad and the nature playgrounds. The Maldegemse Veldhoek — heath and boardwalks — is nearby. In the village: Villa Maria for dinner, Bar Boudoir for coffee, Brasserie Het Jagershof on the forest edge. Ghent and Bruges are thirty and twenty-five minutes by car. Note: the chalet is accessed via an unpaved forest track — drive carefully in wet weather.
