A house is not judged by how it looks at the photo shoot, but by how it looks for the fourth guest of the month.
Opruimingen CB, from Oostkamp, handles the changeover between stays, following our checklist. They also do the work nobody sees and everybody feels: mattresses, sofas and carpets, thoroughly and on a schedule. That is exactly the kind of maintenance you only notice on day three, when it has not happened.
And they clear properties when a house is being prepared for the collection. West and East Flanders, short lines, the same team every time.

The lock is the first thing a guest touches. If that does not work, the stay is damaged before it began.
We work with Nuki because the lock does what it should and asks nothing further. Every guest gets their own code, valid from their arrival time and not after. No key, no lockbox, no appointment to collect one.
